About Us
Dee Why School for Seniors was formed as an outreach initiative 40 years ago by the Dee Why Uniting Church. This was done to counteract loneliness among seniors in the area. Dee Why School for Seniors is a volunteer educational programme held at St David’s Uniting Church, 3 St David’s Ave Dee Why.
Dee why School for Seniors offers a wide variety of courses and activities such as:

The school gives senior members of our community a welcoming place where new friendships and skills are forged.

If you were an enrolled member in 2021 there is no cost to your rejoining for 2022, any other member or new members the cost is $50 per calendar year. This enables you to take part in any of the activities, provided there are vacancies. You can join in as much of the program as you wish. This is payable at the beginning of Term 1 or on joining.
Fees must be paid for insurance cover.
Enrolments can be made at the Hall before class commencement on the first two weeks of each term.
You are able to participate in any of the activities in the programme providing there are vacancies.
